The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. This is what I really wanted to put. He's been the best dentist I could ever ask for. Extremely nice. Staff is very polite and very educated in the dental industry. Probably the only dentist that doesn't make you feel like another paycheck. I went to John from the time I could walk up to I was 19 when I moved South. In the past 8 years, I couldn't find anyone who could compare, and now that I'm back home, I'll be making a checkup appt. here soon. John if you read these, thank you so much for your dedication. And, I will never forget the halloween you and your staff had dressed up like the seven dwarfs. loved it.
