They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
