They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. The office person was very crabby and rude and kept coughing. should've been home sick!

They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. The Dr. speaks above you and I could not even get a word in! That's just bad business. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Definitely not kid friendly either.
