They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I am very upset! Dr.salazar HAD the best staff a couple of months ago. The receptionist she had before was so caring and friendly with every patient that even though I hated dentist she would make us feel so welcoming! But now she has the worse unprofessional receptionist I believe her name is Nohemi! She does not know how to speak to patients. She is very rude very unprofessional and does not have a clue on what she's doing. I asked her a few questions about my insurance and had no clue on what I was talking about. I asked her how much was a consult and could you believe she said to me SI SE LO AGARRA NO LE COBRAMOS LA CONSULTA! Im sorry but I will not be returning to this office. You could even feel all the tension and unhappiness the staff has. Just an FYI--- customer service and first impression is everything!!!
