Dr. Ballard gets a lot of gruff for being a workman's comp doctor and not caring about her patience. It's true she sees WC patients but she does care about those that are truly injured. She has the intelligence and experience to tell who is "faking" and who is seriously injured. She has taken very good care of my husband for the past year and a half. She does have a somewhat sarcastic personality that sometimes comes off as rude but I truly believe she cares about her patients. You just have to understand her humor. Her staff is wonderful and we have never waited more than 15-20 min. I think she is just misunderstood by a lot of people. We think she is a very good doctor.

I've been going to Dr. Ballard due to my workers comp injury and while it took some time to get to this point, I have been taken care of...my injury has been addressed...I've been treated as an individual an a human being and not some moron looking to get time off work. I like her no nonsense way when it comes to my injury, but she's still sweet and funny. Between her, the staff and everything else....I know my worker comp case is in good hands.
