I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
