I found Dr Najem to be blunt and direct, yet very comforting. After being briefly reprimanded for neglecting my dental health for so long, which I really needed to hear, he took a personal interest in my daughter's and my care, accomodating us even though that meant a late evening for him. He still took his time and made sure everything was just right, never once seeming rushed or impatient, and always friendly. My ridiculously high dental anxiety, which is what kept me away so long, melted away and for once I *almost* look forward to returning in six months. Dr Najem was genuinely interested in our oral health rather than trying to immediately push cosmetic procedures as my last dentist did, but rather discussed with me a plan of care, starting with what is necessary and prudent for a healthy mouth, then down the road some cosmetic work if I choose to do so. Informational but not pushy, and that works for me.
His receptionist was also fantastic. She was very patient with all of my many questions, checked on the few things she wasn't absolutely sure about, got back to me promptly and was friendly and professional all the while. I also appreciated that if I left a message, my calls were returned immediately.
This evening was my third visit, my daughter's second, and we are very happy to have found Abbey Dental and Dr Najem. This guy is no bush-beater. He will tell you exactly how it is, but he will also give a patient his full and devoted attention, as well as outstanding care.
