My appointments never get cancelled. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
