I feel as though this dentist is unethical. When asked about taking BCBS, they said yes they accept it. They did not tell me they were not an in-network provider with BCBS. I ended up paying more because they are not in-network with BCBS. Had they been honest and told me this, I would have chosen an in-network provider and saved quite a bit of money.

Beware if you have BCBS insurance, they are not an in-network provider and cost more.

I have been searching for a good dentist for quite a while. I have been all over Geneva and batavia and have been disappointed with the service and work everywhere I went until I came and saw Dr. Murphy. In one visit he had my mouth feeling better then my previous dentist could do in three. The staff here is great. Family atmosphere is top notch. I am glad to have finally found a dentist I can feel comfortable opening my mouth for.
