They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. D. Koechley is a real professional!
