My Mother who was very sick with cancer and had been Hamada's client for years, and had gone to Dr Suzuki back in the 1960's. My Mother broke a tooth and it had sharp edges. I made a appt for her to h ave something done for her comfort. Hamada treated my Mother his client like he could catch cancer from her. He did nothing to help her discomfort!!!!!! Maybe file the tooth a little or put a bit of filler in it (anything) I was so upset when I left ,I called him and asked him why he treated my dying Mother in such a way, he said She needs dental work. He said she has not been in for four years???? Again I said she is coming to the end of her life, her teeth have failed from her meds chemo over the past year.I will never forget his lack of empathy for my Mother. She said I can't understand why he treated me like that. Well the family will never see him again and all our Addison friends have heard about this,so I only hope they will find a much better dentist... Imagine doing a root canal on a dying woman?? My Mother passed away not long after this visit.
I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was so impressed with the pr ogress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
