my mom is a senior and deserves understanding.

they have not elevators for handicapped or for disabled, so how can they be for anyone with a walker a cane or a wheel chair.

seniors get sick and cancel appointments its part of being a senior.

and their un sympathethic to handicapped...no elevator. dont go here if you are getting older they will not meet your needs.

no elevator and 3 flights of stairs to their office from the front door 4 flights of stairs from the back door where the handicap parking is!
