There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
