They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. He tried to charge me over $2000.00 for services not done and when I refused to pay he reported me to the credit bureau. Of course I fought this and he got the charges taken off my credit report. The only way he would do this is I had to take my mouth piece, which I paid for in full, to him and he cut it in half. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone.
