Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
