In my attemp to make an appointment for my ill child, I come across the "appointment setter" and I couldn't believe how rude people can be. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she "gladly" transferred me over. After telling her what happened with the "appointment setter" I then proceeded to asking the supervisor about changing doctors, she told me the process and ended the call like nothing had happened! Will take my children elsewhere! To a place where we are valued and RESPECTED.
