This place is great. The staff friendly and professional. Best teeth cleaning I've ever had. Hygienist's are very informative on brushing solutions (recommended SonicCare, love it). Dr is friendly and admits to creating the music mixes that play in the background :P. He is very informative and knowledgeable. I always leave feeling like I have a new set of teeth.

If you have medicaid DON'T bother with these guys. Or at least the lady who takes appts!

This was to be my first time here. A family emergency came up. With an ailing grandparent we've been having alot of those as of late. I missed the appt and got their call about an hour or so later.

I called to apologize and explain , but I was curtly told she couldn't schedule me. Surprised, I asked her why. The reasoning? Because I was on MEDICAID and something about money percent , I failed to show up and she didn't want to schedule another hour for me.

Wow thanks lady. Waitago for making me feel like the scum of the earth because I aint on first class insurance.

She probably thinks just because I am on medicaid I am some lazy low life who simply didn't feel like going in and simply didn't answer my phone?

It was hard enough to find a dentist around here that would even take medicaid or that didn't have some kind of waiting list if you were on it. This is just another blow in the face. I don't anger easy, but THIS just made me feel angry...and hurt.

Anyways avoid these guys if you're medicaid. You're better off getting on the waiting of another place or going to crescent community. At least there you won't be treated like a second rate citizen cause of your insurance....
