I would wait in the waiting room anywhere from 30-40 minutes and then wait in the patient room another 15 minutes or so. I never complained but I did witness a lady complain and then staff was less than pleasant. The receptionist rolled her eyes and said "yeah?" The lady had an appointment at noon and it was about 12:35 when she complained. She asked to set up another appointment and the receptionist sighed. When the lady was going to check out (I'm still in the waiting room) She had to schedule another appointment. She asked to do it as early as possible. The receptionist said something to the effect of "sometimes the Dr. doesn't come in on time and you still may have to wait a while" After the lady left her and a nurse started talking crap about her. Very unprofessional. The Nurse that takes your vitals is rude and very short with you, the physician assistant is short with you and Dr. MacMillan, himself, is kind of unwelcoming. Only came here b/c the hospital recommended him. I think in the future I will go to KU Med.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. This doctor and his staff are extremely rude and after a major back surgery, blew me off when I went back and was in worse pain than I was before my surgery! I wouldn't send my dog to him!! So rude and unprofessional and absolutely the worst manners of any human being I have ever been around!!
