I give Dr. Ketterman 5 stars. She's a good doctor. And she's also a nice person - she is compassionate, she's down to earth and she has a good sense of humor and she's not afraid to show it. I've been her patient for roughly 3 years and I wish I'd found her 30 years ago. If I say I have an injured hip, she send me down the hall for x ray. She is prompt with treatment plans, she knows her job well. I can't say enough good about her and I would send my family and friends to her again and again. Love her!

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
