They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.
