This place is terrible! I made my appointment for just a consultation weeks in advance and made sure I could leave work in time to make my 4:00 appointment. They called me 2 days before my appointment and left a voicemail saying they needed to move up my appointment a "smidge". I assumed that meant like 30 minutes or so and planned to call them back the next morning since I got the message after hours. They called and left another message the day before my appointment before I had a chance to call them saying again that they needed to move it up just a little. I called them back and they said they needed to move my 4:00 appointment to 12:15 or 12:30. Three and a half hours is not "just a little" or a "smidge". I was annoyed, but said I would do it. I left work hours earlier and got there for the early appointment. The girl told me to fill out paperwork and that they'd be right with me. I finished my paperwork and waited over 30 minutes and no one ever came out. I was furious that they insisted I come in so early and stressed that they absolutely could NOT see me after 12:45 at the latest only to have me sit around waiting until 1:15 before getting fed up and leaving without ever seeing anyone. These people are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional and I will NEVER go back there.
