I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance.

They are highly expensive and after shopping around I found several other periodonetics in the Northwest GA.
