Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. . I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. My baby was small and their ultrasound equipment and staff predicted to the oz what my baby was when she was born. Excellent work. Dr. Drake is awesome, I would not have wanted to had to deal with anyone else, she was wonderful.

I would agree that Dr. Drake is quite clinical in her demeanor, but she was so open to answering my questions and when I started to cry explaining the events leading up to my son's premature birth and eventual death, she warmed up considerably, offered tissues and was very thoughtful on helping us plan our next pregnancy. She told us to let her know when we resettled to a new city and would see if she could offer reco's on doctors in the new town and how to go about explaining what happened in my previous pregnancy so that we would get the care we need.
I really appreciated her support and care when explaining my test results and creating a plan for our next pregnancy.
