Phillips is SO lucky to have picked this location, she is nothing but convenient. If you want to waste your time, come here, but if you are willing to find a better dentist that your insurance will cover, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I just came from the dentist yesterday and I told them my issues, I needed a root canal, I had a few cracked fillings that need to get fixed, I told the assistant my issues before she cleaned my teeth, I waited 30 mins, Phillips showed up and asked me how I was and looked in my mouth for 30 seconds and said "Ok, crowns, ok, go to the front and they'll set you up for an appointment," Really? That's not what I came here for. my main concern was this root canal that I needed which has effected my face and it hurts when I press underneath my eye, she ignored it. The first time I told them about this infection was over a year ago, during then she told me to see the specialist on a specific date, I did, I had to pay before the procedure, which is over $200, the specialist got a scan, said I was fine and I didn't need a root canal and said that if I fixed the chip part, the pain will go away (chipped my tooth also while asleep because I grind my teeth during my idle state, TMJ) Idiot. I know when I need a root canal and I needed it. They didn't refund my money either, I had to call them numerous times and they said they will call when I can come pick up MY money, they refunded my account 2 weeks later. FANTASTIC. I had to do it in person as well, more time wasted. Phillips fixed my chipped tooth because it had to be done before the root canal. She never did the root canal, obviously, so here I am, in the same position I was over a year ago. She seems nice, but she will just take your money, I promise. They will schedule you for things you don't need and will suck out as much money as they can from your insurance. Oh, if you miss an appointment, you have to pay $25... don't pay it. This place is as big of a scam, just like USA Discounters. Do not come here, find a new dentist, just like what I am currently doing.

I had the best experience on the 17th June 2013. I broke a tooth the week prior, the receptionist tried to get me in but was booked up. She even stated I really don't want you to go the weekend in pain. I called on the 17th for a cancellation, one was available. My appointment was at 1040 and I was seen fairly soon. Dr. Phillips was very charming, she talked about what needed to be done, and future plans. Now the best part as she was giving me that awful eye crying shot to numb me, she made me feel as comfortable as possible, and she apologized for the pain. Time passed and it was time for the two extractions. I don't really know when she pulled them but it was so quick and painless. I was you are finish already, I will say God is Good. I give all the praise to God. The office is so nice, I loved looking at the fish jumping in the pond. I highly recommend
