The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
