It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

The customer service at the office is horrible. The staff does not address financial issues until the patient comes into the office which requires patients to wait an excessive amount of time. Staff does not provide any information for the corporate office and my overall experience was less than pleasant.
