I have been going to this office for Dental Services for more than twenty years and in all that time I have never been treated as badly as I was today. After leaving a wrong emergency contact number on their answering maching for the three day weekend and finally getting a correct number on a Monday when the office was closed I was told that becuase I cancelled and re-scheduled my last appointment that a prescription for a badly needed antibiotic would not be called in until I came into the office. What that says to me is that after suffering for the last three days this Dr. wants me to continue to suffer until I can come in and pay him. He was rude and arrogant and behaved as if he was speaking to someone he could care less about.
