Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
