My daughter had surgery for her wisdom teeth with Dr. Bankston 8 days ago and the experience was great. He was very kind and understanding, as my daughter was very nervous. She is feeling great after her surgery. Dr. Bankston is a great surgeon, definitely would recommend him!

Bankston is very unprofessional. He asks you to "settle up" on your payment prior to any procedure being performed. Then the patient is overcharged above what their insurance pays and you have to ask and then wait to get your money returned. Bankston does not listen to the patient as he is extremely callus to the patient's needs. He loudly yells at patients if you dare to address a problem with one of his staff. This office is nothing more than a production factory. Find a reputable dentist that cares about his patients as opposed to how much he can place in his pocket.
