Dr. Grove performed an "extraction", but failed to remove a portion of my tooth. The piece of tooth that was left in my mouth was a rounded portion of the root 1/4" wide connected to a spiral shaped piece that was 5/8" long. (This spiral piece was jagged and splintered). He then placed a permanent bridge over the incomplete "extraction", forcing the remaining tooth to cut through my outer gum four months later. Surgery was required to remove the portion of tooth that was left by Dr. Grove. This was my first (and last) work to be done by this dentist.
