I have the utmost respect for Dr. Cheryl and her staff. My father is a patient and he has received the best care by Dr. Cheryl and her staff. They have answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Dr. Cheryl.

I remain amazed at Dr. Cheryl Morgan-Ihrig's inaccessibility. I was left waiting in a room in her office for 2 hours yesterday because she "had to take a phone call." I asked repeatedly what was happening, and I was told to wait because she had a "medical emergency call." It's not as if I was in the ER - this was an ONCOLOGIST'S office.

I was told that if I left her office, I could not get another appointment. I was there to learn the results of a recent biopsy. After waiting for more than 2 hours, I simply had to get home. To be honest, I'm not even sure if she was still there when I left.

I called back asking to at least speak with the doctor so that I could get my results. I was told that again, she was busy, and that I'd have to wait for a call back. I never heard anything from them. So I called again, today, to ask. I was told that I would have to make yet another appointment and come into the office to hear the results - and that isn't for another week.

I am dumbfounded that a doctor would treat her patients this way, and that she would allow her staff to act as rudely as they have.

I plan to discontinue seeing this doctor as soon as I get my test results and can get my medical records transferred. My experience has also made me question whether the care I'm receiving is competent. I strongly discourage new patients from seeing Dr. Cheryl Morgan-Ihrig.
