They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
