They canceled me Tuesday because the doctor was sick not too big of a deal but that wasted Tuesday.

Here's where it gets stupid. I'm on my way in this morning and get a call. "are you going to be here 15 minutes early?" I say, "No My GPS says there is a wreck or something but it has me about 5 minutes late"

"We're going to have to reschedule you then." Me, "Uhhhh, because I'm not there early?" Her reply was "we ask that new patients get here early to fill out paperwork."

Here is a person that is having a real power trip. The cherry on the top. When I asked her name, there was such delight in her voice when she said her name, which I'm not mentioning on purpose, and then says "I'm the office manager' kinda like, yeah we're canceling you and what you going to do about it.

I'm sure I'm not the first person to not get there 15 minutes early and still make the appointment. I will Never go there and trust me I will ALWAYS share this experience about your office. might not make a big difference to you, but I bet it makes a huge difference to the doctor that has worked his whole life to have his own practice only to have it run by a person that could give two shits. She tried to say she wasn't going to make someone else wait because of me, lets be clear. You overbooked Thursday and were busy, if a person dropped off the schedule it makes your day easier. Period.

I have used this dentist for almost 20 years. They are always helpful, friendly, caring and willing to work with me no matter the circumstance.
