Went in with a tooth ache. Of course, as is customary these days, had to pay for everything up front, insurance covered all but $900 & I made a $500 down payment. This included 1300 for a permanent crown. Dentist poked around and x-rayed and put on a temp crown then referred me to a Perio. Perio looked at the tooth and extracted it put in sinus seal and bone graft. I called Dental Designs twice about the tooth being extracted and that the charge for the permanent crown needed to be reversed. I have received two bills for the remaining $400. I called the insurance company and told them about it but they did not seem too concerned and said they would contact the office and have them re-file. The 2 different people I talked to said I would have to speak with the office manager and of course that person was conveniently not available when I called and of course never returned my call.

The way I look at it they owe me several hundred dollars and have over charged the insurance company for a procedure that was not completed.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

I went in for x-rays and a cleaning. The dental hygienist was so rough a filling came out. I questioned her about the tooth feeling rough and her answer was that a "lot of junk was in there." I questioned the dentist when he came in but he did not answer. I am having a filling put in by another dentist. They barely gave me any information at all and were more interested in selling me more dental services. I got a second opinion and did not need dental work costing $2000.00. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it but I wish I had not. I would not recommend this business to anyone and I will never go back.
