From the moment I walked in I had second thoughts the front desk was extremely rude and more worried about there cell phones then me. As soon as I sat down they called me back I didn't get to finish my paperwork which I thought was extremely unprofessional they don't know my medical history! Red flag right there that they don't care.. I waited in the room a half hr before the dr came in and right away when he did come in was rude!! They said I needed a deep cleaning I've never had a cavity or a deep cleaning before and I am OCD about my teeth! They tried to get me into getting all services I know I did not need and then left. Had me wait for another 20 mins for the nasty manager Michelle come in and give me a treatment plan of 5,000 told me I can finance thru care credit I told her i wasn't interested and she asked why and if I could have a family member or neighbor co-sign for me I thought this office was extremely rude and unprofessional they are all about money and not helping there patients!!! DO NOT GO THERE

Having had a bad dentist experience at another dentist years prior, I went to Smile Bright with trepidation. I was pleasantly surprised by an awesome dentist who explained things in laymen's terms and very friendly and professional dental assistants. Michelle, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help me when I lost my FT insurance. They are great people. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff to anyone with a fear of the dentist's office.
