It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! This Dental Care provider is hard to be reached, they try to get me in the next day if I'm having an emergency. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to leave a message for them to call me back. Dr David Schroeter made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr David Schroeter didn't make me feel rushed. I didn't have to wait hardly at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running close to on time, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately they don't take all insurance. If you're not rich and you have medicaid they won't see you or your children. They only take care of the wealthy. Their secretary Stacey is unfriendly and uncomfortable to talk with. She has an underlying attitude which she tries to hold back but it comes out anyway. She never picks up the phone when you call, but does return your call. They don't answer their phones after 3 PM because she leaves to pick up her kids. Both Dr. David and his brother are wonderful dentists gentle patient, And have a lot of knowledge, they are generous with their time and nice, but Need to get rid of their secretary Stacy, even though I didn't have any personal encounters with her she is awful.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
