They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
