My family and I were patients of Dr. Judy Marshall for approximately 10 years. After 2 billing discrepancies and being told I had numerous cavities, despite my regular dental visits and diligent oral care, we decided to find another dentist. One year later my new dentist still cannot find the numerous cavities. Today my mother was told she needed to replace a bridge which Dr. Marshall had placed for approximately $3500.00 less than 5 years ago. My mother phoned Marshall Family Dentistry and was informed by the receptionist they do not warrant work over 5 years old but she would call my mother back after speaking with Dr. Judy Marshall. The receptionist called back and informed my mother they do not warrant work over 5 years, my mother pointed out it was less than 5 years, the receptionist then said they do not warrant work because they did not know if my mother had kept up on her dental hygiene since leaving Marshall Family Dentistry. My mother then offered to bring in her dental records so they could see that she had indeed been diligent with her dental hygiene. The receptionist then said no that would not be necessary and that Marshall Family Dentistry would replace the bridge but that my mother would have to pay for anything her insurance did not cover. Marshall Family Dentistry has no moral or professional ethics nor do they care about the health of their patients.
