Office staff and the answering service is always busy or has dead air time which sounds like they hang up on you. They seem to be unable to attend to phone calls. (except for their appointment scheduler). Many times I have called the lab and they say the office has results but the doctor's office say they never recieved it. I tell them to look harder and tell them the lab has sent it over and they are able to find it. They must look in a different location if your lab is not a Parkview lab. Check the doctor's offices lab request and see if the office is smart enough to put down their fax number to receive results by fax. (you can't get results if they don't put it down..I've had to do it for them) I always alway need to call in order to get my results which means I deal with their phone system and busy nurses who can't answer. This year their voice mail has been full for five days straight. Once I do contact a nurse, they don't look at the year of my last appontment and think I need to schedule another appointment when I was just there a few months ago. The doctor was kind to me and the nurses I delt with were fairly nice. Every year I leave message where to call in my perscription and they always get the wrong location even if I give them the correct pharmacy with street. Unfortunately, my leaving is the result of office organization and not the doctor.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
