I had a reason to talk to Dr. Kelly, and the office manager would not let me speak to her. My husband called as well, so we could speak to her, and was told that Dr. Kelly only speaks to people with appointments. When we asked the office manager, Gail, if Dr. Kelly could call us, she told us no. She told us, "Everything stops with her." We did nothing to make Dr. Janet Kelly fear us. We just disagreed with something, and wanted some answers. That is when the office manager took over. Gail, the office manager, said that Dr. Kelly would not want to talk to us. I don't understand a Dr. that would not want to hear what a patient is saying. I would never recommend Dr. Janet Kelly to anyone.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
