This dental office is very filthy. They charge phony fees. For example my sister was schedule to see the dentist at 3pm they rescheduled for the same day at 10:00am , she showed up for the 10:00 am and then they charged her her late fee for not showing up at 3:00pm on the same day.Then on a seperate occasion the dentist called and said I missed my appointment, they never called me they never sent me the little card in the mail to let me know I have an appointment.They called me after the appointent date and told me I missed the appointment. I rescheduled the appointment that I did not know I have. I also explained to them I did not want an appointment for my 3 year old I just want the appointment for the 2 older child. When I got there they had appointment scheduled for the 3 year old. And they told me I have to pay for a missed appointment that I never had. So If you want to save your money go somewhere else because these people are out to take advantage of you. I believe they are under new ownership. Also the assistance was explaining to me the procedures she was barely finished, while this Women told us there is the door.Did not even have the courtesy to give my kids the treats that the have for coming to the dentist.They need to figure out which crack head the hired to confirm and make appointment because there patients will be dropping like flies from there office.They have already lost 10 people from my family.
