Absolutely worth the wait! First appointment was a comprehensive discussion and review of my history and current issues. Dr. Gruft is warm and inviting and really gave me hope for finding some relief. Physical Therapy is amazing. Sudhakar is extremely insightful and is also welcoming.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff was so friendly, which I really appreciated. It made me feel so welcome. This provider is top notch! I've visited others in their field and I rate this one as #1. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I almost always get the appointment time I want. From Pain to Wellness is the best pain clinic around, best doctors, physical therapists and health practitioners that I’ve had the privilege of working with and meeting. A shout out to Dr. James Gruft, the physiatrist I consulted (and the brains behind this clinic): He is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable (dare I write “brilliant”!). His approach to healing pain is, in my mind, on the cutting edge of today’s medical understanding. He focuses on healing pain not only with traditional medicine but also with a mind / body component. Good health happens, he says, when the body, mind, and emotions are healed. He emphasizes good nutrition, physical exercise, as well as mental and emotional healing along with the traditional use of medications to relieve symptoms. I’ve never felt better, more whole and focused on my health; I’m more balanced and am beginning to understand how pain has a complex relationship to different aspects of my whole being. Thanks to Dr. Gruft—whom I admire and respect—thanks for getting me back on my journey toward feeling great every day. And to the entire staff at From Pain to Wellness, you know who you are, and you’re fantastic!
Also, I’ve enrolled my father (age 86 . . . wow!) in the Jumpstart Program at From Pain to Wellness which really focuses on reintegrating the body, mind, and emotional life of a patient. Anyway, Eddie is going to the program to gain physical strength and mobility. Eddie says, “I give the Jumpstart program and its doctors a 10+ on a scale from 1-10. This is a unique program and facility. I’m impressed with the practitioners, and I look forward to each day I attend.” Eddie wants to give a shout out and big thank you to Dr. Gruft, Dr. Duggal, to Allie (the director) and to his fantastic physical therapist Saddakar!
