They made sure every single question I had was answered, and always explained in plain English so I could understand what they were telling me. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Humor goes a long way with me. I already knew my situation was serious, i was glad they could treat the subject the way i did and not be all gloom and doom. I found the office because I had simple, very clear directions. The second time it was easy to find. I saw Dr. Croland in Peoria not Ottawa.
