Dr. Joyce Chams is worth her weight in gold. She is intelligent, personable, patient, responsive to patient questions, concerns, and follow-up and her bedside manner is impeccable. She is forward-thinking and able to explain and communicate rule out diagnostic concerns as well as preventative treatment strategies in "lay" language. She incorporates family support into patient care and is respectful of cultural and lifestyle differences among patients. She takes time during patient consults despite being a provider who is in high-demand and a high volume practitioner. She is a gem, and we consider her part of our family as all of the women in our family are on her caseload.
