dr. kullberg came highly recommended. He first came off as a devout chrstian. I am a ex-addict and never held that frm ANY dr. Suffice to say for 15+ years I have conducted myself as any other model citizen. However, when he found that out it was like nite and day! I was (felt like) VERY mistreated. I have severe emphysema. I suffer severe chest pain. Because of his misinformed beliefs, he refused to send me to a pain mgmt. clinic. I feel this is discrimination, plain and simple. He knows nor EVER asked me about ANY details abot my current life etc. I would not recomend this dr. to anyone! I will also be filing a formal complaint to he AMA! Thanks for letting me share.
