They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
