I wish they had a couple of more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it would help to have at least one more to handle clients at the check in and especially the check out. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. But then, sometimes the customer is uninformed or just not right, so I believe they will always listen to any issues and resolve them. They do apologize for their mistakes. They have better control of their methods now than they did last year, and I think theings will continue to improve in the future. The doctor is an excellent one, and he does care deeply about his patients.
