As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. Although, I have yet had my call returned by the doctor herself. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I had my blood drawn back in July, but I am stiil waiting for my results. Called them a month ago, and was told they would send it out. Have not received them as of this date. Hmmm..

This is a great practice and a great doctor. They listen!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
