I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Never, they are very reliable.
