They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
